How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details. Review your order and confirm the purchase.

Can I suggest an item to be included in the Salk Store? Or a new design?
Of course! We would love to hear your ideas for new products and designs. Email salkstore@salk.edu.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, you will receive an estimated delivery date during the checkout process, and you can track the shipment using the provided tracking information. The majority of products will ship in 5 to 20 business days.

Is Salk profiting from this store?
No. All items in the Salk store are priced at cost (what we paid for it), including shipping. So, the price you see for an item in the store is exactly what your price will be at checkout.

Is the Salk Store open to the public?
At this time, the Salk Store is in a 'soft launch' phase and is open to the public and Salk employees. We are promoting the store to the internal Salk community.

What is AXOMO?
AXOMO is an e-commerce platform that allows organizations like Salk to create and manage their branded merchandise. It offers a seamless shopping experience for customers looking to purchase custom-branded products.

How can I contact customer support for assistance? (Order Related Questions)
The Salk Store is managed by a third party who makes, warehouses and ships the products on Salk's behalf, directly to you. If you run into any issues with your order, you can always reach out to their Support Team at support@axomo.com. Have your order number ready as a reference. Or email salkstore@salk.edu. Return Policy

When can I return a product that I’m dissatisfied with?
For all orders with on-demand customization, the Salk Store vendor, AXOMO will only replace the product if it was produced incorrectly or with very poor quality. If the product is produced correctly, but the sizing doesn’t fit well, AXOMO is unable to accept any returns due to the customization.

My item arrived defective, how can I submit a return?
If a product does not function as advertised and/or is not usable, it is eligible for a corrected order or refund. AXOMO may request the product be returned in order to issue a refund. In these cases, AXOMO will send the recipient a pre-paid shipping label to have the item(s) returned.

How do I return my items?
In the event that a return process is approved, AXOMO will either schedule a pickup where UPS or FedEx will retrieve the package from the delivery address or AXOMO will issue the recipient a pre-paid shipping label.

You can start the return process by logging into your store, and then locating your order history. Click on “Return Items” at the bottom of the order summary to initiate the return process.

Please note – if your store’s “Return Items” feature is disabled, you will need to reach out to salkstore@salk.edu.
