Overview
The Single-Cell and Spatial Omics (OMICS) Core at the Salk Institute is dedicated to advancing genomics research by offering cutting-edge single-cell and spatial omics services. Our mission is to support scientists by providing comprehensive consultation, expert guidance in experimental design, and state-of-the-art technologies tailored for innovative research in genomics.
Our facility is equipped with the latest in omics technology, including the 10x Genomics Chromium X and Xenium systems, Vizgen MERSCOPE, Bruker/NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler, and nCounter MAX. These advanced platforms allow us to offer precise and scalable solutions for single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, enabling researchers to achieve groundbreaking insights into cellular and molecular processes.
For submitting manuscripts that have made use of services or resources from this core, PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE SUPPORT by inclusion of the following information:
“This work was supported by the Single Cell & Spatial Omics Core Facility of the Salk Institute with funding from NIH-NCI CCSG P30 CA014195, NIH-NIA San Diego Nathan Shock Center P30 AG068635, the Chapman Foundation and the Helmsley Charitable Trust.”
Please link each publication stemming from work performed in the core to your MyNCBI account.
